Business Risks International possesses particular expertise in the design and implementation of Crisis Management Plans (CMP).
CMPs are designed to provide organisations with a planning template before, and a response mechanism during, times of emergency - whether it be an extortion, product contamination or recall, bomb threat, data intrusion, major fire or similar.
They are designed to protect the safety of personnel, company assets, operations and of course image. The development of CMPs includes contact lists, checklists and step-by-step instructions in managing all aspects of an incident. This includes liaison with government authorities and agencies, media releases, contingency planning and the preparation of necessary documentation.
In addition to preparing the plans themselves, Business Risks International provides a 24-hour emergency consultancy service for clients in times of crisis. This service is staffed by crisis response consultants (including security, legal and public relations personnel) who can provide either remote or on site advice on all aspects of crisis management including:
